Princeton University Art Museum
While a new museum building was under construction, this exhibition was presented at Princeton's Art on Hulfish, Princeton, New Jersey. Contemporary artists in the exhibition included Yasumasa Morimura, Vik Muniz, Nina Katchadourian, Bill Viola, Sharon Core, Bas Meeuws, Ori Gersht, and Jeanette May (final image in this video).
“Dot Matrix” from Jeanette May’s “Tech Vanitas” photography series was included in the exhibition Art about Art: Contemporary Photographers Look at Old Master Paintings at the Princeton University Art Museum. Curated by Ronni Baer, Allen R. Adler, Class of 1967, Distinguished Curator and Lecturer, the exhibition was on view from August 19, 2023 to November 5, 2023.
MTA Art & Design Lightbox Project
Jeanette May’s “Tech Vanitas” photographs were displayed in light boxes at the Bryant Park/42nd St/6th Ave subway station in New York City. Tech Time Capsule was installed in January 2020 and removed in May 2021.
This public art installation was generously sponsored by MTA Arts & Design, Griffin Editions, Kodak/alaris, and Kodak Professional.

EI Studio teamed-up with the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts (EFA) Studio Program to create a video series featuring EFA artists, offering viewers an opportunity to further understand the process of being a contemporary artist.
